In fairness I am not a big fan of cozy mysteries. But this one numbers among the more annoying. It involves a public health officer trying to get to the bottom of a possible bacterial II break out on her Caribbean island.Sorry but quirky does not excuse her rude and unprofessional behaviour from the opening airport scene to the predictable conclusion. Her inner dialogue is tiring and really not funny. It tries too hard and is not fun.
